Cancellation Policy
Think of your appointment like a coffee date - if you can’t make it, let me know so I’m not sitting here with your latte. I ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Less notice (or no notice at all) may mean a fee, just so I can keep things fair for everyone. If last-minute changes become a regular thing, I may need to require a deposit to hold your spot.
